The Varanger Peninsula, located in the extreme northeast of Norway, is the world’s most accessible Arctic destination.
In Varanger we find a variety of unique habitats of the northern end of Europe such as forests of taiga, tundra, alpine meadows and marine Arctic Coast.
The variety and richness of birds present here is unique, being the only place in Europe where you can photograph beautiful unique species of Arctic ducks like King Eider and Steller Eider.
All accompanied by white earrings by meters of snow and the deep blue sea bathed in sunshine Arctic forming one of the most pristine landscapes imaginable. In March, also attended by thousands of Guillemot, puffins and other species to the sea cliffs where nesting, starting the zeal with spectacular fights on snow.
